Hi Steve,

Well, I finally figured out your plan. You see, what you do is: hire people who are professional, friendly, polite, neat and skilled. Then you put them in people’s homes for the people to be amazed by them. Then, after they do a fabulous job, under your continuous, vigilant supervision, and the people get used to having them in their homes, the people want to see them around more. So the people find other jobs for you to do, such as bathrooms, front doors, laundry, shopping- anything they can think of to get you and your guys back.

Well, I think it’s a pretty good plan, Steve. I'll join your fan club. I’ve told you before, and will again tell you how happy we are with your and Aaron’s work and our terrific kitchen. Everything turned out great. You made sure everything was done just right. Too bad no one can see my nice straight new walls.
